B2B Demand Generation Manager (Service Business | US Market)

Location: Navi Mumbai (On-site/Hybrid)

DhaReclaim is a B2B service company that helps manufacturers, distributors, and consumer goods companies recover revenue lost through retailer deductions and chargebacks. We market and sell professional services, not software, e-commerce products, or consumer products.

✓ You have at least 3 years of experience marketing a B2B service business (consulting, professional services, finance, logistics, supply chain services, outsourcing, technology services, or similar).

✓ You have hands-on experience using HubSpot, Apollo.io, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms as part of your daily work.

✓ You have experience generating qualified leads and sales opportunities for a B2B sales team.

✓ You have marketed to business decision-makers such as CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, Operations Leaders, or C-level executives.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Manager who can build and execute lead generation campaigns that create qualified sales opportunities for our U.S. sales pipeline.

This is not a general digital marketing role. Your primary responsibility is generating qualified B2B leads and sales meetings through outbound marketing, CRM, and marketing automation.

Mandatory Experience

Candidates must have practical experience with:

HubSpot
Apollo.io
CRM management
Marketing automation
LinkedIn lead generation
Email outreach campaigns
Lead nurturing workflows
B2B demand generation
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Applications without experience in these tools and responsibilities will not be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute B2B lead generation campaigns targeting U.S. companies.
Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation workflows.
Build prospect lists using Apollo.io and other sales intelligence platforms.
Create and optimize email outreach campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
Work closely with the founder to improve messaging and conversion rates.
Develop landing pages, case studies, white papers, and other lead generation assets.
Track campaign performance and optimize for qualified pipeline generation.
Continuously improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel.

Required Experience

3–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
Experience working for a service-based B2B company is mandatory.
Proven experience generating qualified leads for B2B sales teams.
Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Apollo.io, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
Strong written English with experience creating outreach campaigns for U.S. businesses.
Ability to work independently in a fast-growing company.
