About Brite Connect
Brite Connect is the digital media arm of the Brite Group, strengthening brand engagement through data-driven strategies, creative storytelling, and integrated online solutions.
It works across multiple brands and digital platforms, focusing on practical, execution-driven digital marketing that delivers real outcomes. Team members get hands-on exposure across campaigns, platforms, and industries.
Role Overview
As Key Account Manager, you will be the primary owner of a portfolio of client relationships at Brite Connect. You will act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams (planning, creative, operations, and execution), translating client objectives into campaign briefs, managing day-to-day delivery, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.
We already have a team in place to handle on-the-ground execution — content creation, influencer outreach, paid media setup, and reporting. Your role is to guide, oversee, strategise, plan, and ensure flawless execution. An ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of each area, so you can lead the team effectively, review their work, course-correct when needed, and own the outcomes end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and own the day-to-day relationship.
- Coordinate seamlessly with clients to ensure clear, timely communication on briefs, approvals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Address client concerns proactively, manage expectations, and prioritise work to ensure on-time, on-quality delivery.
- Conduct regular review meetings, share progress updates, and present campaign performance reports.
Team Management & Coordination
- Lead and manage a team; coordinate between internal teams — creative, content, design, performance, and operations to ensure seamless workflow and execution.
- Review work before it goes to the client; maintain quality standards across creatives, captions, reports, and reels/videos.
Social Media Management
- Own social media performance for assigned clients across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Ideate and contribute to content strategy — content pillars, calendars, formats (reels, carousels, stories, shorts, posts), and tone of voice for each brand.
- Work closely with content and design teams to execute monthly content calendars and campaign-led pushes.
- Track organic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, watch time, saves, shares) and translate them into actionable insights for the next cycle.
Influencer Marketing
- Identify the right mix of influencers (nano, micro, macro) for each brand based on category fit, audience overlap, engagement quality, and budget.
- Coordinate directly with influencers and talent managers — outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approvals, and timelines.
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns: shortlist, brief, contract, content review, posting, and performance tracking.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery), and YouTube Ads.
- Set up campaign structures, audience targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking aligned with client KPIs.
- Monitor daily performance across CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROAS, and CPA; reallocate budgets and refresh creatives proactively to hit targets.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure paid creatives are platform-optimised and on-brand.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing, Advertising, or Mass Communication is a plus.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency or in-house digital team.
- Hands-on experience across all three pillars — organic social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing is essential.
- Demonstrated experience running and optimising paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience in identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer campaigns end-to-end.
- Prior experience managing a small team and coordinating across functions.
- Track record of independently owning client relationships and meeting delivery/performance targets.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn — both organic and paid sides.
- Comfort with digital metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, watch time, and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ownership-driven, organised, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
What We Offer
- Hands-on exposure across the full digital marketing stack — organic, influencer, and paid.
- Collaborative, execution-driven team where ideas move quickly from briefing to launch.
- Career progression based on performance.
