Job Overview: Big Boy Toyz, India’s leading pre-owned luxury car dealership, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Public Relations Manager to join our team at our Gurgaon headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury cars and a deep understanding of the media landscape, with a proven track record in managing and executing successful PR campaigns. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining the company’s public image, driving brand awareness, and fostering strong relationships with media and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to promote Big Boy Toyz’s brand, services, and offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and key industry stakeholders. Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to enhance brand visibility. Organize and manage press events, media briefings, and product launches to generate media coverage. Monitor media coverage, track PR performance metrics, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns. Handle crisis communication and manage sensitive PR situations, ensuring the company’s reputation is upheld. Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with overall brand strategy. Manage social media communications and digital PR efforts to engage with a broader audience. Oversee the development of PR content for the company’s website, blogs, and social media channels. Stay updated on industry trends and proactively identify opportunities to enhance Big Boy Toyz’s public presence. Qualifications and Skills: min. 3 years of proven experience in public relations, preferably within the luxury or automotive sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in managing media relations and handling crisis communication. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
