Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating IT projects, managing client communications, conducting software demonstrations, and presenting project solutions to prospective and existing clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong understanding of software applications, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities Project Coordination

Coordinate and monitor IT projects from initiation to completion.
Work closely with development, design, and testing teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure project requirements are properly documented and communicated.
Identify project risks and coordinate timely resolutions.
Prepare project status reports and updates for management.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to project teams.
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Handle client queries and provide timely project updates.

Software Presentation & Product Demonstration

Conduct software and application demonstrations for clients.
Present project features, workflows, and business benefits in a professional manner.
Explain technical concepts in a simple and user-friendly way.
Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
Assist in pre-sales activities and solution presentations.
Gather client feedback and coordinate with technical teams for improvements.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare project documentation, proposals, presentations, and reports.
Record meeting minutes and maintain project records.
Create professional presentations for management and clients.
Maintain project-related documentation and communication logs.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate activities among cross-functional teams.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, management, and technical teams.
Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Client Handling, Business Presentation, Software Demonstration, or IT Project Management.
Experience working with software products, web applications, mobile applications, or SaaS solutions.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
Client relationship management and stakeholder coordination.
Ability to understand and explain software solutions effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.

Language Requirements

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (Mandatory).
Ability to communicate professionally with clients from different regions.

Travel Requirement

Must be willing to travel for client meetings, software demonstrations, project discussions, and business presentations.
Ability to travel within Kerala and across India based on project requirements.
Flexible to attend onsite client meetings and events when required.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Project Management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in pre-sales support and client presentations.
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
