Full job description

Hittok Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized and responsible Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, team coordination, and timely project delivery. The Project Coordinator will act as a communication link between management, internal teams, clients, developers, designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, task allocation, and resource coordination.
Coordinate with developers, designers, marketing teams, sales teams, and management to track project progress.
Communicate project requirements, deadlines, priorities, and updates to relevant team members.
Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within the scheduled deadlines.
Conduct regular follow-ups with team members regarding assigned tasks and deliverables.
Maintain project documentation, reports, task lists, meeting notes, and status updates.
Identify project delays, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to management.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates when required.
Organize and participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress.
Assist in testing, reviewing, and coordinating the delivery of project outputs.
Ensure proper communication between different departments to avoid delays and misunderstandings.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports for management.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Support management in implementing new processes and improving project workflows.
Ensure that projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
Basic understanding of project management methodologies and workflows.
Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical teams.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
Previous experience in project coordination, administration, operations, IT, digital marketing, or a related role is preferred.
Experience working with software/IT, marketing, or technology-related projects will be an advantage.
