About the Role
We are looking for ambitious, articulate and relationship-driven individuals to join us as Regional Sales Associates.
This is not a conventional real estate sales position. We are specifically interested in individuals who have strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and who have the potential to develop into business leaders.
Candidates from hospitality, hotels, aviation, travel, luxury services, guest relations, customer experience or similar people-facing industries are particularly encouraged to apply. Prior real estate sales experience is not mandatory.
Selected candidates will be trained to understand the real estate sales ecosystem, develop channel networks, build relationships with Channel Partners and Sub-Associates, and progressively take responsibility for sales development within their assigned regions.
Our objective is to develop individuals who can eventually lead their respective markets, build independent business networks and grow alongside the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Network Development
- Identify, approach and develop relationships with potential Channel Partners, brokers, consultants, independent associates and referral partners within the assigned region.
- Build a structured network of Sub-Associates and business introducers capable of generating qualified sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with existing and prospective channel partners.
- Maintain active engagement with the network and ensure partners remain informed about available projects, inventory and sales opportunities.
- Identify new markets, communities and professional networks that can contribute to regional sales development.
Sales & Business Development
- Support the sales of assigned real estate and hospitality-linked real estate inventories through direct and channel-led opportunities.
- Understand project offerings, investment propositions, pricing, commercial structures and key selling points.
- Present projects professionally to prospective buyers, investors and channel partners.
- Coordinate leads generated through the regional network and assist in taking opportunities through the sales process.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, site visits, events and other business-development initiatives.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and channel partners to facilitate conversions.
Relationship Management
- Develop long-term professional relationships rather than focusing only on transactional sales.
- Represent the organisation professionally while interacting with clients, investors, partners and other stakeholders.
- Build credibility within the assigned market through consistent communication, responsiveness and professional conduct.
- Develop an understanding of the business objectives of different partners and identify opportunities for mutually beneficial collaboration.
Regional Market Development
- Develop an understanding of the assigned region, including buyer profiles, investor communities, channel networks and emerging opportunities.
- Identify potential clusters and micro-markets for expanding the organisation's sales network.
- Assist in organising channel meets, presentations, networking sessions, investor interactions and regional outreach activities.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, competition and sales opportunities.
- Gradually take ownership of business development and channel expansion within the assigned territory.

- Qualifications in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, Aviation or related fields would be an advantage.
- Exceptional candidates with strong communication and interpersonal capabilities may be considered irrespective of their academic specialisation.

Compensation
