Full job description

Broomies Bakery is looking for a mature, highly organized, and responsible Senior Admin & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our central production (Base Kitchen) and ensure seamless coordination with our four retail outlets across Faridabad.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in food production or hospitality operations, and the ability to manage teams, vendors, inventory, dispatch, and administration efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Base Kitchen Operations

Oversee complete daily operations of the central kitchen.
Ensure timely production planning based on outlet requirements.
Monitor productivity, hygiene, quality standards, and food safety.
Coordinate with the Production Head to ensure smooth workflow.

2. Dispatch & Logistics

Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of products to all four stores.
Monitor dispatch schedules and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with drivers and dispatch staff for smooth daily operations.
Resolve delivery-related issues promptly.

3. Team Management

Supervise dispatch, store support, housekeeping, security, and administrative staff.
Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
Conduct daily operational meetings and provide guidance to team members.

4. Purchase & Vendor Management

Handle procurement of raw materials, packaging, consumables, and operational supplies.
Negotiate with suppliers for quality, pricing, and timely deliveries.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Track purchase orders and ensure cost control.

5. Inventory & Stock Control

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging.
Ensure accurate stock records and periodic stock audits.
Minimize wastage and prevent stock shortages.
Coordinate with the accounts team for inventory reconciliation.

6. Store Coordination

Maintain close coordination with all four Broomies outlets.
Ensure outlets receive products on time and in the required quantities.
Address operational issues reported by store managers.
Ensure smooth communication between stores and the base kitchen.

7. Administration

Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the base kitchen.
Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Ensure statutory compliance, documentation, and record keeping.
Coordinate with HR for attendance, staffing, and operational requirements.

8. Reporting

Prepare daily operational reports.
Monitor KPIs related to production, dispatch, inventory, and purchases.
Report operational challenges and recommend improvements to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Age: 38 years or above (preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in administration and operations.
Experience in bakery, food manufacturing, FMCG, hospitality, QSR, or central kitchen operations is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of inventory management, procurement, dispatch, and administration.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and ERP/POS systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams simultaneously.
Honest, disciplined, proactive, and capable of making independent operational decisions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
