Job Title: CRM & Marketing Coordinator (Construction Industry)

We are a growing Canadian construction company looking for a highly organized and proactive CRM & Marketing Coordinator to support our business development and daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, marketing experience, and the ability to maintain accurate databases while helping generate new business opportunities.

Remote or Hybrid (Canada)

Employment Type

Full-time (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Database Management

* Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with accurate client and project information.

* Build and manage prospect databases for commercial and residential construction leads.

* Track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

* Prepare reports on sales activities and lead generation.

Marketing & Business Development

* Research and identify potential clients, contractors, developers, property managers, and businesses.

* Execute email marketing campaigns and follow-up communications.

* Manage social media accounts and assist with content creation.

* Coordinate digital marketing initiatives to generate qualified construction leads.

* Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.

Administrative Support

* Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and project documentation.

* Organize company files and maintain accurate records.

* Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.

* Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

* Support estimating and project teams as required.

Qualifications

* Experience using CRM software (Zoho or similar).

* Previous marketing or business development experience.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

* Excellent Excel and database management skills.

* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

* Experience with email marketing platforms is an asset.

* Knowledge of the Canadian construction industry is preferred but not required.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

* Lead generation and prospect research.

* Digital marketing and social media management.

* Data entry with a high level of accuracy.

* Report preparation and document management.

* Basic graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset.
