It is targeted towards Upper Middle Class and High Net-worth individuals. Products showcased includes Home Décor, Religious and secular statuary, art paintings, and other curated hand-made objects. Prices ranges from a few hundred Rupees to several lakhs.

SYNOPSIS OF ROLE:

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Store Manager to support daily showroom operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at our Sultanpur store. The role requires hands-on supervision of sales activities, customer engagement, and coordination with internal teams to meet business targets.

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site visits with corporate clients
Maintain high store visibility through direct sales and customer outreach
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
Close deals and negotiate rates/packages with corporate clients
Create repeat business from existing customers and develop new accounts
Greet, assist, and guide customers during their shopping journey
Respond to customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
Recommend relevant products and upsells to maximize sales value
Monitor footfalls and support conversion improvement initiatives
Ensure attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards
Attend sales events and promotional activities as required
Coordinate with warehouse and backend teams for inventory movement
Assist in supervising daily activities of sales and support staff
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and operational discipline
Prepare daily/weekly sales updates and share insights with management

Who Can Apply

· Graduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field

· 2-4 years of retail experience (Home Décor / Lifestyle / Luxury retail preferred)

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to simplify product details for customers

· Customer-focused, target-driven approach
