The Mandate: A High-Stamina PartnershipThis is an unconventional, hybrid role combining high-stakes administrative gatekeeping, strategic appointment setting and global travel companionship.

You are not a passive assistant; you are the right hand to our Principal Advisor, Mr. Abhishek Chalana.

Your mission is two-fold: master the calendar and dominate the outbound pipeline from anywhere in the world, then pack your bags and manage the ground logistics wherever the business takes us.

The Blueprint: You command the calendar, build instant trust on discovery calls, and schedule high-ticket meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, or in person.
The Execution: When a major deal requires presence, you travel alongside the Principal—whether locally, nationwide, or across major international financial hubs like Dubai, Europe or North America.
The Reward: You are paid directly on the fruit of your labor. When an appointment you schedule converts into a fixed-retainer client, you earn an aggressive percentage of that deal. Your income is tied entirely to your execution capability, not hours clocked on a screen.

Your Core Focus:

Strategic Appointment Setting: Actively tracking down, reaching out to, and booking discovery meetings with founders, enterprise CEOs, and decision-makers globally.
Calendar & Meeting Domination: Owning the Principal's schedule, ensuring seamless meeting logistics, and managing correspondence with absolute corporate precision.
Global Travel Liaison: Traveling on short notice to local, national, and international high-level meetings. On-site, you are the coordinator, the note-taker, and the executive support engine.
Frictionless Execution: Running solo, managing administrative tasks, and hitting targets with zero hand-holding, micro-management, or babysitting.

What You Need to Bring:

Elite Linguistic Command (8+/10 English): Absolute executive presence. You speak and write with flawless, high-stakes confidence. You can hold a room or a phone call with a multi-millionaire CEO as a peer.
Global Mobility: Possess valid travel documentation (passport/visas) and a lifestyle that allows you to travel across India, Dubai, or internationally at a moment's notice.
Hyper-Advanced Prospecting Skills: A natural gift for internet research, LinkedIn sourcing, and outbound messaging to unlock opportunities from scratch.
High Psychological Stamina: The resilience to handle rejection on outbound calls, manage tight travel itineraries, and maintain peak professional energy under pressure.

Remuneration & Travel Policy

The Alpha Commission Structure: This is a pure performance-driven, commission-based partnership role. You receive a substantial, uncapped percentage of total closed contract values from the fixed retainers you originate and help manage. There is no flat, rigid base salary—your financial upside is entirely asymmetric and scales with the deals you book.
Expense Coverage: While daily remote operations are self-supported, 100% of official travel costs (flights, accommodations, transport, and meeting-related expenses) are fully covered and reimbursed.

Logistics:

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent / Performance-Partner
Location: Remote (Must be structurally aligned with global travel timelines; Hubs: New Delhi NCR, India / Dubai, UAE / Worldwide)
