Role Overview

Space Stem is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive – HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition with hands-on experience in the IT Software Services industry. The ideal candidate will independently manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, administration, and workforce planning using KEKA HRMS.

Skills

4–6 years of HR Generalist and Recruitment experience in the IT Software Services industry.
Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Mandatory hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS (Attendance, Leave, PMS, Employee Lifecycle, and Payroll Coordination).
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor law compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical rounds, and manage offer negotiations.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, increments, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities through KEKA HRMS.
Handle attendance management, leave management, and employee records.
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee databases and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy for salary processing.
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, analytics, and monthly reports.

3. Resource Utilization & Workforce Management

Track and monitor employee utilization and allocation.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Delivery Heads for resource planning.
Prepare and share utilization and productivity reports with management.
Support workforce planning and manpower forecasting activities.

4. Performance Management System (PMS)

Drive end-to-end performance management processes through KEKA PMS.
Coordinate goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, and related documentation.
Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and employee development initiatives.
Ensure timely completion of appraisal cycles and performance discussions.

5. Employee Relations & Grievance Management

Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns effectively.
Ensure fair implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee SOPs.
Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and management.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical rounds, and manage offer negotiations.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and employee-centric work culture.

6. Employee Engagement, Retention & Training & Development

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and culture initiatives.
Drive employee retention and satisfaction programs.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development activities.
Track training effectiveness and employee development outcomes.

7. Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Maintain statutory records, documentation, and audit readiness.
Support policy drafting, implementation, and periodic updates.

8. General Administration Management

Manage office administration, facilities, assets, and vendor coordination.
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Ensure smooth workplace management and employee support services.
