Job Summary

Responsibilities and Qualifications Program / Project Management (8yrs – 12 yrs exp) Primary Skill: Network and compute Projects Project Manager/ Soft Skills Excellent understanding of global cultures and adapt communication style to fit Excellent leadership and facilitation skills Excellent customer service with ability to manage customer expectations Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills at all levels of the organization Ability to easily adapt to different communication and working styles Active listener Excellent organizational and time management skills Self-starter and quick learner Proven ability to set priorities across a complex program with multiple projects and drive for results Ability to communicate effectively with senior IT and business leaders Proven ability to set priorities across a portfolio of programs / projects and drive alignment with owners Good attention to details Work effectively with internal and external clients, third party suppliers, and senior management (Sr Director, VP & Sr VP levels) in accomplishing portfolio objectives Exercise judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to develop corporate methods, techniques Evaluate complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customers In depth knowledge of how to navigate through matrixed organizations to engage teams and get work done Can establish and maintain effective relationships with business and IT customers to gain their trust and respect Excellent influencing skills to gain alignment and manage portfolio of programs / projects Ability to think strategically and set the agenda for the portfolio Experience In depth understanding of project terminology and methodology 2-5 years of Program management, 8-10 years of experience managing programs Good Experience in Network and compute Project management. Ability to lead multi-function program team through influencing skills In depth Risk / Issue / Change Management knowledge Developing executive level PowerPoint presentations Ability to understand interdependencies and can connect the dots on how one program impacts another Evaluate complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer. Hosting meetings, taking meeting notes, and documenting action items Ability to organize complex and/or ambiguous information for sponsors Organizing program goals / objectives into portfolio with specific priorities / sequencing Work closely with the Program Executive Sponsor, Steering Committees and Portfolio M

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Incidents By Analyzing Ticket Data And Implementing Corrective Actions According To Agreed Slas.
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation To Facilitate Knowledge Sharing And Operational Efficiency.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Human Error Compliance, Actively Participating In Capacity Planning To Align Resources With Operational Demands.
4. Engage In Customer Meetings To Gather Feedback And Understand Challenges, Ensuring A Focus On Enhancing Customer Satisfaction Through Proactive Communication And Support.
5. Conduct Root Cause Analyses And Trend Analyses, Validating Findings And Reports To Provide Actionable Insights For Key Business Stakeholders To Improve Operational Performance.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Particularly In Dmo And Project Execution.
2. Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Perform Trend Analysis And Root Cause Investigations.
3. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Liaise With Stakeholders And Present Findings.
4. Familiarity With Sla Management And Incident Resolution Processes.
5. Knowledge Of Capacity Planning And Change Management Principles.
