Position Summary :

BCIPL is looking for an exceptionally dynamic, result-oriented and ambitious Business Development Executive who can expand our presence across North 24 Parganas by developing institutional partnerships and generating quality student enrolments. Qualifications:

Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business relationship skills to nurture clients, manage engagements, and support long-term partnerships.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and confident client interaction.
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of the BFSI, FinTech, or financial education domain, with the ability to understand and explain BCIPL’s programs and digital ecosystem.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field are beneficial, along with proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven sales reporting.
Prior experience in sales or business development in education, training, or financial services, and a results-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team, will be an advantage.
