Job Description: Senior HR Executive

Company: PRIUS BRAND & BUSINESS Partners

Location: South Extension, Delhi Area (Full-Time, On-Site)

Reports To: Managing Director

PRIUS BRAND & BUSINESS Partners is a premier strategic communications consultancy specializing in public relations, brand positioning, media advocacy, and corporate reputation management. Operating at the intersection of media relations and corporate strategy, PRIUS guides organizations through complex public arenas via structural image makeovers, high-stakes crisis communications, policy advocacy, and tailored messaging architectures.

Core Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Recruitment Coordination: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and translate them into accurate job descriptions. Source and screen candidates via portals, networks, and referrals, managing the complete multi-stage interview lifecycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Onboarding & Integration: Conduct formal HR inductions regarding corporate values and protocols. Handle post-offer engagement, verify background documentation, prepare physical workspaces, and deliver policy orientations on the employee handbook, NDAs, and compliance frameworks.

2. Employee Lifecycle & Operations

HRIS & Data Maintenance: Maintain full ownership of the internal HRIS, updating records for promotions, adjustments, and regional transfers while securing confidential personnel files.
Lifecycle Administration: Manage probation evaluation workflows, draft confirmation or extension letters, and oversee the full offboarding lifecycle—including exit interviews, cross-department clearance, and final settlements.
Workforce Logistics: Supervise daily biometric and remote attendance systems. Govern the leave ledger and compile monthly payroll inputs (Loss-Of-Pay, pro-rata metrics) for Finance.

3. Performance, Development & Engagement

PMS Management: Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, roll out KPIs aligned with client metrics, and partner with managers to implement structured Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
L&D Initiatives: Map the training calendar and manage logistics for internal masterclasses or external workshops covering media relations, public speaking, and crisis simulation. Log training hours and evaluate program effectiveness.
Culture & Engagement: Execute the annual engagement calendar (retreats, events), manage internal corporate communications, and act as the first point of contact for empathetic grievance redressal.

4. Compliance & Policy

Policy Audits: Periodically review the Employee Handbook to match changing industry and structural dynamics.
Statutory Compliance: Maintain operational knowledge of Indian labor compliance guidelines, including the Shops and Establishments Act, EPF, ESI, and the Maternity Benefit Act.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive core HR operations experience within professional services, PR consultancies, advertising agencies, or corporate setups managing distributed workforces.
Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with cloud-based HRIS tools. Mastery of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word (templates), and PowerPoint (induction decks). Solid knowledge of general Indian labor regulations.
Soft Skills: Polished verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels. Absolute professional discretion regarding confidential data, strong multitasking capabilities, and the agility to maintain composure under pressure.
