HR – Talent Acquisition & Operations

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Shift: 2PM - 11PM

Experience: 5+ Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR – Talent Acquisition & Operations professional to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong expertise in both IT and Non-IT recruitment, along with hands-on experience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.

You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR operations, partnering with business leaders, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across multiple business functions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Handle offer negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records.

HR Operations

Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure all joining formalities are completed.
Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS updates throughout the employee lifecycle.
Coordinate the allocation and recovery of laptops, ID cards, and other company assets for new joiners and exiting employees.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support HR operations, workplace requirements, and facilities management.
Coordinate office facilities and employee workspace requirements in collaboration with the Administration team.
Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR policies, processes, and workplace-related concerns.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, HR events, and internal communication programs to enhance the employee experience.
Manage exit coordination, including employee clearance, documentation, asset recovery, and exit formalities.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, workforce analytics, and other HR dashboards for management review.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, documentation standards, and organizational compliance.
Support workforce planning and other people-related initiatives, if required, as per business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HR practices, and employment documentation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with ATS, HRMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.

Preferred Skills

Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Good understanding of HR policies, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
