Senior Business Development Manager (ERP / SaaS)

Location: Faridabad (On-site)

Experience: 2-3 Years

At Peddle Plus 1 ERP, we're not looking for someone to simply answer inquiries or hit monthly targets. We're looking for a sales leader who can own the customer journey, inspire the team, and help businesses choose the right technology to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification to successful deal closure.
Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with timely and disciplined follow-ups.
Ensure no qualified lead is missed and maintain accurate CRM updates.
Lead, mentor, and hold the sales team accountable for daily activities and sales targets.
Work closely with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Build long-term customer relationships through a consultative approach.
Travel for customer meetings, demo and deal closures whenever required.
Achieve individual and team revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
Must have: Prior experience in ERP, SaaS, POS, CRM, IT Products, Business Software, or any technology-driven industry is preferred.
Strong ownership mindset with exceptional follow-up discipline.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
Excellent spoken English and Hindi with a confident and professional personality.
Strong understanding of customer psychology, objection handling, and consultative selling.
Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain technology confidently.
Customer-first mindset with high professional ethics.
Organized, self-driven, and accountable for commitments and results.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings & on-site demo when required.

Education

Must Have: Should be passionate enough in tech sales and tech consulting which in turns bring sales for company and career growth for yourself. Also who hasthe track record of putting the entire monthly salary in saving and running the monthly expenses from the earned incentives.
Good to have: Bachelor's degree/master degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Candidates from other educational backgrounds with strong B2B SaaS sales experience and excellent communication are also encouraged to apply.
