Job Description – Service Delivery & Operations Coordinator (Fresher)

Cloudviyug Technologies is a cloud consulting and managed services company specializing in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We help organizations migrate, modernize, secure, optimize, and manage their cloud infrastructure through Cloud Consulting, DevOps, Kubernetes, Cloud Security, Cost Optimization, Disaster Recovery, and 24×7 Managed Services.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to work closely with the Founder and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, managing operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Role Summary

The Service Delivery & Operations Coordinator will act as the central coordination point between customers, cloud engineers, management, and internal teams. The role involves service delivery coordination, executive assistance, recruitment support, HR administration, and operational planning to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

No prior cloud or technical experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery Coordination

Schedule customer meetings, project reviews, and internal discussions.
Attend customer meetings and prepare detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with internal teams.
Coordinate communication between customers and cloud engineers.
Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion.
Maintain customer documentation and service records.

Operations Coordination

Coordinate daily activities of cloud engineering teams.
Assist in shift planning and resource scheduling.
Validate employee timesheets and attendance.
Maintain leave records and coordinate leave approvals.
Track task status and escalate delays where necessary.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities.

Recruitment & HR Support

Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Coordinate with job portals and recruitment consultants.
Support new employee onboarding documentation.
Assist in employee engagement and HR administrative activities.

Executive Support

Manage the Founder's calendar and meeting schedules.
Coordinate business travel, accommodation, and travel itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
Track business commitments and important deadlines.
Organize confidential business documents and records.

Customer Communication

Serve as the coordination contact for customers regarding meetings and follow-ups.
Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams.
Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Escalate critical customer issues to management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in BBA, BBM, B.Com, MBA, BE, B.Tech, or any equivalent discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Willingness to learn cloud technologies and IT service delivery.

Compensation
