Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, generating new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, business development, and team management skills with experience in B2B industrial sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers across infrastructure, EPC, engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and construction industries.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market research, and customer visits.
Generate high-value B2B leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Set sales KPIs and monitor team performance regularly.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Support team members in closing key deals and resolving customer issues.
Foster a high-performance and customer-centric sales culture.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and corporate clients.
Meet customers regularly to understand business requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Handle major negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract finalization.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Sales Operations & Coordination

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, dispatch, production, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor quotations, order processing, deliveries, and payment collections.
Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and outstanding payments.
Maintain healthy inventory movement through effective sales planning.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for business improvement.
Monitor revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and business development activities.

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management will be preferred.

4–8 years of experience in:
B2B Sales

Key Account Management
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Team Leadership role preferred.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Good understanding of B2B sales processes and industrial markets.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, CRM software, and Google Workspace.
Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Monday to Saturday
Day Shift
