As a Senior Controller Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing consistent superior cost accounting support services and reporting to stakeholders. You will be responsible for Product cost estimate (PCE) reporting and analysis, Product Costing, reporting, analyzing, Inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

Month End Closing – Generate and review reports for Cost Accountants using Diamond Systems Reporting, SAP, MS Access and MS Excel.
Product Cost Estimates (PCE) – Generate reporting and investigate/resolve variances (monthly and quarterly).
Global Material IDs (GMID) – Create and maintain accounting segments on requests received through the CMT/PMR tools or functional mailbox.
Stock Take Observations – Coordinate and reconcile inventory counts using the paper reconciliation process
Represent the CAEC team on new projects, work process changes, work process improvements, Robotics Process Automation, etc., participating with other Finance and Cost Accounting teams
Create/maintain thorough documentation for CAEC work processes and create/implement work process improvements or automations as needed
Understanding of accounting knowledge specially with respect to GRN/SRN accounting, Invoice booking, accrual entries and purchase order details including purchase order history
Passing clearing entries post all follow up and approval
Understand the purchase order history and understand accounting flow/difference/mismatch between GRN/SRN and invoice booked against the same.
Investigate and resolve quantity differences between received and invoiced quantities
Understand the process flow and various stakeholders to be approached in order to resolve the difference
Collaborate with planner, requisitioner, APAY, Cost accountants and business finance team and other stakeholders for various approvals and confirmations and notification
Provide assistance and answer questions for internal and external auditors
Preparing quarterly Blackline reconciliation for each GRIR general ledger along with detailed justification/comment against open items
Perform above set of operational processes under a moderate degree of supervision. Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise. Works within standard operating procedures
Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.

Qualifications:

Qualified CMA/CA – 2+ years of Costing/relevant experience
Inter CMA/Inter CA/MBA with 5+ years of costing and accounting experience
B.com/M.com, or a relevant field and/or 5+ year’s of costing and accounting experience is required.
Strong skills in SAP, Excel and Dow reporting tools

Strong analytical and process improvement skills
Able to handle multiple priorities from multiple sources
Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Relocation assistance is not available with this position.
The ability to accommodate flexible schedule aligned with international time Zone is essential.
