**Job Title**: Administrative Executive

**Job Description**:

Sparsh Children's Hospital is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Executive to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an Administrative Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital administrative functions. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around efficient communication, coordination, and administrative support to enhance the overall effectiveness of the hospital.

**Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Communication Skills**: Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring effective and timely correspondence via emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions.

2. **TPA Coordinator**: Facilitate the processing of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) claims and coordinate with insurance providers, patients, and the billing department to ensure accurate and timely claims submissions.

3. **Data Management**: Utilize basic Excel and Tally skills for data entry, record keeping, and financial documentation.

4. **Software Proficiency**: Willingness to learn and effectively use hospital management software and other relevant tools for record-keeping and data management.

5. **Computer Literacy**: Possess a strong knowledge of computer applications and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.

6. **Language Skills**: Fluent in both English and Marathi, enabling clear communication with patients, their families, and hospital staff.

7. **Healthcare Experience**: Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred, as it will facilitate a better understanding of hospital operations and procedures.

8. **Coordination**: Assist in coordinating various administrative tasks, such as appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a smooth patient flow within the hospital.

9. **Enthusiastic Attitude**: Display enthusiasm for your role, actively seek opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the positive atmosphere of the hospital.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in basic Excel and Tally.

- A willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems.

- Computer literacy with troubleshooting capabilities.

- Fluency in English and Marathi.

- Prior experience in healthcare administration is a plus.
