Job Overview

Codinix Health is seeking a motivated and performance-driven Healthcare Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling MSP (Managed Service Provider) and Direct Client requirements while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. If you are passionate about talent acquisition, healthcare recruitment, and building strong candidate relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract, travel, and permanent positions across the United States.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for MSP and Direct Client requirements.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/VMS platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with clients.
Negotiate pay rates, extend job offers, and facilitate onboarding processes.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely candidate submissions while maintaining quality, compliance, and client expectations.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate documentation, and regular status updates in ATS/VMS systems.
Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Meet recruitment targets, turnaround time (TAT), and client service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
Mandatory experience working with MSP and Direct Client requirements.
Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing and clinical roles including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Allied Health Professionals, and Therapy professionals.
Experience using ATS/VMS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and leading job boards.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with high-volume healthcare staffing.
Strong understanding of compliance documentation and credentialing processes.
Ability to prioritize multiple requirements simultaneously.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
