Role Overview
The Manager will be responsible for KYC fulfilment, periodic reviews, and customer risk assessment processes, with oversight of third-party and customer risk management frameworks. The role will require ensuring compliance with AML/CFT regulations and corporate policies, while maintaining a high standard of due diligence for new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end KYC fulfilment and periodic review processes for all customer segments.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer documentation and data.
Assess and assign customer risk ratings based on risk factors such as geography, products, and ownership structure.
Coordinate with business units and compliance to manage customer onboarding risks.
Support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) assessments, ensuring vendors and partners meet compliance standards.
Contribute to the design and enhancement of customer risk assessment methodologies.
Manage escalations and assist in regulatory or internal audits.
Assist with responding to state/federal regulator inquiries and maintenance of applicable money transmitter licenses (including periodic reporting requirements).
Qualifications & Skills
3–8 years of experience in KYC, CDD, or customer risk management.
Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and regulatory expectations.
Experience with TPRM frameworks or customer risk models preferred.
Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
ACAMS or similar certification preferred.

Education: Graduation in Finance or Law preferred
