Full job description

Role Overview

The Client Servicing Lead will be responsible for leading the Client Servicing function, managing key client relationships, driving strategic account growth, and ensuring exceptional project execution. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, manage large-scale accounts, and deliver outstanding client experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening Anthem's market presence by building long-term client partnerships, mentoring the servicing team, and collaborating closely with Creative, Production, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to deliver world-class solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Client Leadership

Serve as the senior relationship owner for key and strategic accounts.
Develop long-term client engagement strategies to drive retention and growth.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business objectives and delivering value-driven solutions.
Represent Anthem in senior-level client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.

Team Leadership & People Development

Lead, mentor, and inspire the Client Servicing team to consistently deliver excellence.
Build a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric culture.
Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and performance reviews.
Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability measures for the team.
Drive employee engagement, succession planning, and capability development.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and acquire new business.
Lead strategic pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Build strong industry relationships and expand Anthem's client portfolio.
Achieve revenue, profitability, and client retention targets.
Monitor market trends and recommend innovative service offerings.

Project & Operational Excellence

Oversee end-to-end delivery of high-value projects.
Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project planning and resource allocation.
Resolve complex client concerns proactively and effectively.

Financial & Commercial Management

Manage account profitability and project margins.
Review project estimates, commercial proposals, and contracts.
Monitor invoicing, collections, and overall financial performance of accounts.
Ensure commercial discipline across all projects.

Leadership & Governance

Contribute to organizational strategy and business planning.
Develop and implement best practices in client servicing and project management.
Maintain compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Experience

10+ years of progressive experience in Client Servicing, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams.
Proven experience handling large enterprise clients and high-value projects.
Strong background in Events, Experiential Marketing, Advertising, BTL, or Integrated Marketing.
