Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our marketing team.

The candidate will be responsible for executing and supporting digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, lead generation, website marketing, and analytics.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with digital marketing platforms, be comfortable analysing campaign performance, and be able to coordinate effectively with content, design, development, and marketing teams.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant professional digital marketing experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
Implement strategies to improve brand awareness, website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct competitor, keyword, audience, and market research.
Support the execution of the company's overall digital marketing strategy.
Stay updated with changes in digital marketing platforms, AI tools, search trends, and advertising practices.

Social Media Marketing

Manage company social media accounts across relevant platforms.
Plan and coordinate social media content calendars and posting schedules.
Work with designers, video editors, and content teams to develop engaging creatives.
Monitor comments, messages, engagement, reach, followers, and audience behaviour.
Identify opportunities to improve social media reach and engagement.
Prepare regular social media performance reports.

SEO & Website Marketing

Perform keyword research and support SEO strategy implementation.
Carry out on-page SEO and content optimization.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR, and website performance.
Identify SEO and content improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with content and development teams for website changes.
Support internal linking, metadata optimization, content updates, and other SEO activities.
Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Paid Advertising

Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor campaign budgets, leads, conversions, CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROI/ROAS.
Analyse advertising performance and recommend improvements.
Support audience targeting, remarketing, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
Track lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Content & Lead Generation

Coordinate with content, design, and creative teams to develop marketing materials.
Support lead-generation campaigns through Google, Meta, social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Track leads generated through digital campaigns.
Monitor lead-generation performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Support landing-page and campaign-content optimization.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor important digital marketing and business performance metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
Analyse data from:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Meta Business Suite
Social media platforms
Other relevant marketing tools
Identify trends, problems, and opportunities from campaign data.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of professional digital marketing experience is mandatory.
Good practical understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels.
Working knowledge of SEO and search marketing.
Experience with social media marketing.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing.
Ability to analyse campaign data and marketing performance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with content, creative, development, and sales teams.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Willingness to continuously learn new digital marketing technologies, AI tools, platforms, and trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
1–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience required.
Candidates with less than 1 year of professional digital marketing experience will not be considered.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Has already worked on real digital marketing campaigns.
Understands the basics of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and analytics.
Is comfortable working with numbers and campaign reports.
Can take ownership of assigned marketing activities.
Can identify problems and suggest improvements rather than only execute assigned tasks.
Is interested in learning and adapting to the rapidly changing digital marketing and AI landscape.
