Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to identify and attract quality talent within defined timelines.

The recruiter will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role requires excellent coordination skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach toward achieving hiring targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate joining.
Understand job requirements shared by hiring managers and prepare recruitment strategies accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and job suitability.

Candidate Management

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate interview rounds and ensure timely feedback collection.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring journey.

Recruitment Coordination

Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Track recruitment progress and ensure positions are closed within the defined timelines.
Coordinate offer discussions and support candidates during the joining process.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful onboarding.

Employer Branding

Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Promote job vacancies through social media and other hiring channels.
Assist in employer branding activities to attract quality talent.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques.
Ability to source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Up to 2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment is preferred.
Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms will be an added advantage.
