Full job description

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the hospital's overall marketing, branding, and business development initiatives. The role focuses on developing strategic marketing plans, strengthening referral networks, driving patient acquisition, enhancing brand visibility, and managing the marketing team to achieve organizational growth and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase OPD, IPD, specialty, and super-specialty patient footfall.
Lead and manage the hospital's marketing team, ensuring effective execution of all marketing and business development activities.
Build and strengthen relationships with referring doctors, hospitals, corporates, insurance partners, TPAs, government bodies, and community organizations.
Plan and oversee health camps, CMEs, awareness programmes, corporate tie-ups, outreach initiatives, and promotional events.
Drive digital marketing initiatives by coordinating website management, social media campaigns, online branding, paid advertisements, and content marketing.
Monitor and manage outdoor branding activities, including billboards, hoardings, brochures, banners, print advertisements, and promotional materials.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, patient demographics, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and submit periodic MIS and performance reports to management.
Coordinate with clinical departments to promote specialty services and launch new healthcare programmes.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and maintain the hospital's corporate image.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Prior experience in a multi-specialty hospital or healthcare organization is mandatory.
