Job Title: Business Operations Executive
Location: Siliguri, West Bengal
Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Tea Linkers (Bansal Tea) is a Siliguri-based tea sourcing, blending, and packaging company actively involved in tea procurement, auction buying, quality evaluation, and market operations across multiple regions. We focus on maintaining strong quality standards, competitive procurement practices, and long-term business growth within the tea industry.

We are seeking a professional who doesn't just complete tasks—but takes ownership. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, capable of anticipating business needs, ensuring accountability across teams, and supporting the Director in making informed and timely business decisions. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities across departments.
Ensure timely follow-up of assigned tasks and drive execution until completion.
Prepare, circulate, and track Minutes of Meeting (MOM) along with action points.
Coordinate internal meetings, schedule appointments, and manage the Director's calendar.
Provide administrative and executive support to the Director.
Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and business reports.
Create professional presentations (PowerPoint) for internal reviews and management meetings.
Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports, trackers, and data analysis.
Track departmental KPIs and ensure accountability for deliverables.
Coordinate with department heads to monitor project progress and deadlines.
Assist the Director in strategic planning by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Conduct research, gather information, and prepare decision-support documents.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
Maintain confidential business information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Handle documentation, correspondence, and other executive coordination responsibilities.

Report Preparation & MIS Reporting
Documentation and Record Management

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in Operations, Executive Assistance, Business Coordination, Administration, or a similar role.
Experience working directly with senior management or directors will be an added advantage.
