About the Role

Meg World Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, professional and customer-friendly Telecaller / Customer Support & Business Enquiry Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls for the company's different business divisions.

The candidate will communicate with customers, leads, clients and enquiries related to:

Real Estate
Software & Web Development
Websites
Digital Services
Training / Education
Business Services
Other company products and services

The primary responsibility is to answer enquiries professionally, understand customer requirements, provide accurate basic information, collect lead details, follow up with prospects, and transfer qualified enquiries to the appropriate team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Incoming Calls & Enquiries

Answer incoming customer calls professionally.
Understand the reason for the enquiry.
Identify the customer's requirement.
Provide basic and accurate information about company services.
Collect customer name, phone number, requirement, location and other relevant details.
Forward qualified leads to the concerned department.
Ensure no genuine enquiry is ignored or lost.

2. Real Estate Enquiries

Handle calls related to:

Residential properties
Apartments
Villas
Plots / Land
Commercial properties
Property sales
Property rentals
Property investment enquiries

Responsibilities include:

Understand the customer's budget.
Identify preferred location.
Understand property requirements.
Record lead information.
Arrange follow-ups.
Coordinate with the real estate sales team.
Schedule site visits when required.
Follow up with interested customers.

The telecaller is not expected to provide technical/legal advice about properties unless specifically authorized.

3. Software & IT Enquiries

Handle enquiries related to:

Website development
Web applications
Mobile applications
POS software
CRM / ERP
Custom software
E-commerce
WordPress websites
AI/ML solutions
Digital services
Software maintenance

Responsibilities include:

Understand what the customer wants.
Ask basic requirement questions.
Collect project details.
Identify whether the enquiry is for a website, software, app or other service.
Record the lead.
Schedule a consultation/demo with the technical or sales team.
Follow up with potential customers.

The telecaller does not need to be a technical developer, but should learn the company's products and services sufficiently to explain them at a basic level.

4. Lead Generation & Outbound Calls

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Contact leads generated through:
Website
Social media
Advertisements
WhatsApp
Online enquiries
Events
Existing customer referrals
Company databases where legally permitted
Introduce the company and relevant services.
Understand customer requirements.
Generate interest.
Schedule meetings, demos, consultations or site visits.

5. Follow-Up

Follow up with leads regularly.
Maintain proper follow-up records.
Contact customers according to the assigned follow-up schedule.
Remind customers about meetings, demos, site visits or consultations.
Identify interested, pending and inactive leads.
Escalate important or high-value enquiries to management.

6. Customer Support

Handle basic customer questions.
Assist existing customers with general enquiries.
Understand complaints and concerns.
Record customer issues accurately.
Forward technical issues to the technical team.
Follow up until the issue is properly assigned or resolved.
Maintain professional communication with customers.

7. WhatsApp & Digital Enquiries

Where required, handle customer communication through:

WhatsApp
Email
Website enquiries
Social media messages
Online enquiry forms

Maintain professional communication and ensure customer enquiries receive timely responses.

8. Lead Management / CRM

Enter every qualified enquiry into the company's CRM or lead management system.
Maintain accurate customer information.
Update lead status.
Record call outcomes.
Schedule follow-up dates.
Maintain notes regarding customer requirements.
Avoid duplicate or incomplete lead entries.

9. Coordination

Coordinate between:

Customer → Telecaller → Sales / Real Estate Team / Software Team / Management

The candidate should ensure that the customer's requirement reaches the correct person.

Language Requirements

Tamil: Preferred / Strong advantage
English: Basic to good communication required

Candidates who can communicate confidently with customers in both Tamil and English will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

12th Pass
Diploma
Any Bachelor's Degree

Freshers are welcome.

Good communication and customer-handling ability will be given more importance than academic qualifications.

Respond to WhatsApp enquiries.

End of Day

Update all lead statuses.
