About Nappa Dori

We are looking for an E-commerce Merchandiser who will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring online sales performance, and ensuring products are effectively presented across e-commerce platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Merchandising & Sales

Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and merchandising on Shopify.
Manage and update product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variants, specifications, and inventory.
Ensure products are presented accurately and effectively to maintain brand standards and improve online conversion.
Monitor daily e-commerce sales, orders, revenue, product performance, and conversion trends.
Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and product visibility.
Ensure proper product categorization, collection mapping, tagging, and keyword optimization.
Plan and execute product launches, promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns in coordination with the Marketing team.
Monitor competitor pricing, product assortment, promotions, and market trends.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure product content, images, and promotional assets are updated on time.

Shopify & Website Management

Manage the day-to-day product and order operations on Shopify.
Ensure product availability, pricing, inventory, and other product information are accurately updated.
Coordinate new product launches and ensure all required information is available before products go live.
Monitor website and product-level issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.
Regularly review the website for product, pricing, inventory, and content accuracy.

Order Management & Dispatch

Manage the complete order lifecycle from order receipt to dispatch and delivery.
Monitor incoming orders on Shopify and ensure timely processing.
Coordinate with the warehouse/inventory team for picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
Ensure orders are accurately packed and dispatched within defined timelines.
Monitor pending, cancelled, failed, and delayed orders and take necessary action.
Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and RTOs.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.

Logistics & Delivery Management

Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely order pickups and deliveries.
Track shipments and monitor delivery status on a regular basis.
Follow up on delayed, undelivered, or failed shipments.
Coordinate and resolve RTO (Return to Origin) and delivery-related issues.
Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
Maintain records and reports related to shipments, deliveries, returns, and RTOs.

Customer Service & Experience

Handle customer queries related to products, orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, and other e-commerce concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
Ensure customers receive timely and accurate updates regarding their orders.
Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues affecting the customer experience.
Support the team in maintaining a smooth and consistent customer journey from order placement to post-delivery.

Inventory Management

Monitor online inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability on Shopify.
Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams for stock updates and replenishment.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure products are not oversold due to inaccurate inventory updates.
Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock products and highlight relevant requirements.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare regular reports on e-commerce sales, orders, inventory, dispatches, returns, cancellations, and RTOs.
Track product-wise sales and performance.
Analyze customer and sales trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor key e-commerce performance metrics and share actionable insights.
Maintain accurate records of e-commerce activities and operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Merchandising, E-commerce Operations, or Online Retail.
Prior hands-on experience with Shopify is mandatory.
Experience managing product listings, online sales, orders, inventory, dispatches, and fulfilment.
Experience coordinating with warehouse, inventory, courier/logistics, marketing, and customer service teams.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Understanding of e-commerce sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory details.
Monitor product sales, stock levels, and overall online performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Inventory, and Operations teams.
Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
Analyze sales data and customer trends to improve product performance.
Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and categories for better visibility.
Identify and resolve issues related to listings, inventory, and marketplace operations.
Prepare regular reports on sales, product performance, and inventory.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising and online sales.
Hands-on experience managing Shopify and day-to-day e-commerce activities.
Good understanding of the complete order-to-delivery process.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Analytical and data-driven approach with the ability to interpret sales and product performance.
Strong attention to detail while managing product information, pricing, inventory, and orders.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple products, orders, operational tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
Basic understanding of SEO, product keywords, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
