We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to support our recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
Create and publish job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment portals.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Support employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential information.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development activities.
Handle employee queries professionally and maintain positive employee relations.
Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
Prepare recruitment reports and HR-related documentation.
Support management in various HR and administrative tasks.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Up to 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition is an added advantage.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri.
Basic knowledge of employee onboarding, HR documentation, and labour laws is preferred.
