Job Title: Marketing Automation & AI Lead Generation Expert – Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and result-oriented Marketing Automation & AI Lead Generation Expert to support our sales and business development team remotely.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating automated lead generation systems, using AI tools, CRM workflows, email automation, WhatsApp follow-up systems, LinkedIn outreach, landing pages, lead tracking, and campaign performance reporting.

This is not a simple digital marketing role. We need someone who can build a complete system to generate, qualify, follow up, and convert B2B leads.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage AI-based lead generation campaigns.
Find and target UAE-based companies, especially Abu Dhabi companies.
Build automated lead funnels for Plus UAE and Vortexen services.
Use AI tools for prospect research, email drafting, campaign writing, and follow-up planning.
Create email automation and WhatsApp follow-up workflows.
Manage LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospecting campaigns.
Create landing page content and lead capture forms.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handover.
Track lead source, campaign performance, conversion rate, and response rate.
Prepare weekly lead generation and automation reports.
Improve CRM workflow, lead scoring, and customer follow-up process.
Support campaigns for business setup, PRO services, ADNOC registration, vendor registration, CICPA / National Guard passes, and industrial services.

Required Skills

Experience in B2B lead generation.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools.
Good understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, automation platforms, email tools, CRM tools, and lead research tools.
Experience in email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and WhatsApp follow-up.
Ability to create lead funnels and automated workflows.
Good written English communication.
Basic understanding of CRM, lead stages, sales pipeline, and campaign reporting.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Experience

UAE / GCC lead generation experience.
Experience with B2B services, business consulting, PRO services, industrial services, or corporate services.
Experience with Zoho, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, Brevo, Instantly, Lemlist, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
Knowledge of AI-powered sales automation is an advantage.

Performance Expectations

The candidate must be able to generate genuine business leads, not just contact lists.
