HR & CORPORATE GIFTING MANAGER

Angroos

Kadavanthra, Kochi

Salary: 18000 to 35000 per month

Performance Incentives: Up to 40000 per month based on recruitment success, corporate sales performance, client acquisition, project execution, customer satisfaction, and achievement of assigned targets.

Total Earning Potential: Up to 70000 per month

Angroos is a growing gifting and corporate gifting company specializing in customized gift hampers, premium gifts, festive gifting, personalized gifts, employee gifting, and corporate gifting solutions. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our HR activities, corporate client relationships, business development initiatives, and corporate gifting operations.

Position Overview

The HR & Corporate Gifting Manager will play a key leadership role in recruitment, employee management, corporate sales, client relationship management, and project coordination. The selected candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing corporate gifting projects, supporting workforce development, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

Lead recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.

Maintain employee records, attendance management, leave records, and HR documentation.

Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace development activities.

Coordinate performance reviews and employee development activities.

Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.

Support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives.

Corporate Gifting and Business Development

Develop and manage corporate gifting business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, procurement teams, business owners, administrators, and corporate decision-makers.

Handle corporate enquiries, quotations, proposals, and client presentations.

Identify new corporate clients and business opportunities.

Conduct client meetings and business development discussions.

Coordinate festive gifting campaigns including Onam, Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Employee Appreciation Programs, and Corporate Events.

Follow up business opportunities and convert enquiries into successful projects.

Maintain corporate client databases and sales records.

Project and Operations Management

Coordinate with Gift Designers, Procurement Team, Operations Team, and Management.

Manage corporate gifting projects from enquiry stage to final delivery.

Monitor project timelines, customer approvals, production schedules, and delivery commitments.

Ensure customer satisfaction and project quality standards.

Prepare recruitment reports, business reports, sales reports, and project updates.

Support management with business planning and growth initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in Human Resources, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Recruitment, Corporate Services, or related fields.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to handle corporate clients professionally.

Experience in recruitment, customer relationship management, and business development.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and business communication tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluent communication in Malayalam and English.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA, BBA, HR, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related qualifications preferred.

Experience in gifting, retail, hospitality, events, advertising, branding, corporate services, or business development will be an added advantage.
