Full job description

Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll, Compliance & HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, HR operations, and administration. Hands-on experience with BeeHive HRMS is mandatory. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll

Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines using BeeHive HRMS.
Maintain payroll inputs including attendance, leave, salary revisions, incentives, reimbursements, overtime, deductions, and Full & Final settlements.
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation statements, and salary-related MIS.
Coordinate with Finance for salary processing and bank transfers.
Resolve employee payroll queries and ensure timely closure.

Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour law compliances.
Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, and reports within prescribed timelines.
Coordinate with consultants and government authorities whenever required.
Maintain statutory records and support internal and external audits.
Keep abreast of changes in labour laws and statutory regulations.

HR Operations

Maintain employee records and update HRMS with accurate employee information.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Coordinate employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, salary revisions, and exits.
Prepare HR letters including appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, experience, and relieving letters.
Assist in leave and attendance management.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Generate HR reports and dashboards for management as required.

Administration

Coordinate office administration activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain employee files, company records, and confidential documentation.
Liaise with office vendors and service providers for housekeeping, stationery, courier, pantry, and facility requirements.
Monitor office assets, inventory, and procurement of office supplies.
Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and visitor management whenever required.
Assist in organizing company meetings, training sessions, and employee events.
Ensure compliance with office policies and administrative procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Payroll, Statutory Compliance, HR Operations, and Administration.
Mandatory hands-on experience with BeeHive HRMS.
Strong knowledge of Indian payroll processes and labour laws.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and data analysis).
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Immediate joiner or able to join within 15 days.
Experience handling end-to-end payroll independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
