As IND expands its digital presence, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who can help strengthen our website visibility, organic search performance, digital campaigns, and overall online growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically competent and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who has practical experience in:

Website management
WordPress
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Google Ads
Google Analytics

The ideal candidate should enjoy working with data, digital platforms, and evolving technologies. An interest in leveraging AI tools for marketing, content, SEO, and productivity is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

A. Website & WordPress Management

Manage and update WordPress websites.
Create and modify pages, posts, landing pages, and forms.
Ensure website content remains accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate with designers and content teams for website improvements.
Monitor website performance and usability.

B. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

On-Page SEO

Keyword research and mapping.
Optimization of titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
Content optimization for search visibility.
Technical SEO coordination where required.

Off-Page SEO

Backlink acquisition and outreach activities.
Directory submissions and citation building.
Competitor backlink analysis.
Monitoring domain authority and link profile health.

C. Google Ads Management

Create and manage Google Search campaigns.
Monitor keyword performance and bidding strategies.
Optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements.
Coordinate landing page optimization for better conversions.

D. Analytics & Performance Tracking

Work with Google Analytics and related tracking tools.
Monitor:
Website traffic
User behavior
Conversion metrics
Campaign performance
Prepare periodic performance reports and dashboards.

E. Content & Digital Growth Support

Support content publishing and distribution.
Collaborate with content and media teams.
Assist in identifying growth opportunities through search and digital channels.
Support YouTube and social media optimization where required.

F. AI-Assisted Marketing

Explore and utilize AI tools for:
SEO research
Content ideation
Productivity enhancement
Marketing automation
Data analysis
Stay updated with emerging AI applications in digital marketing.

Required Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

Minimum 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Working knowledge of WordPress.
Practical understanding of:
On-page SEO
Off-page SEO
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Strong internet research skills.
Basic understanding of lead generation funnels.

Preferred

Familiarity with Meta Ads.
Experience with SEO tools such as:
Google Search Console
Ahrefs
SEMrush
Ubersuggest
Understanding of landing page optimization.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
