Job Title: PR Manager & Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Mulund west, Mumbai Maharashtra

Position Overview

The PR Manager & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated Public Relations, Branding, and Digital Marketing strategies to strengthen the organization's and leadership's reputation, increase brand visibility, generate business opportunities, and build strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and target audiences.

Experience Required

* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Corporate Communications.

* Experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, media relations, social media, and corporate branding.

* Experience working with corporate organizations, NGOs, educational institutions, or consulting firms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations

* Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns.

* Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and industry associations.

* Prepare press releases, media kits, articles, speeches, and official communication.

* Secure media coverage across print, television, radio, digital media, and podcasts.

* Manage interviews, press conferences, media interactions, and crisis communication.

* Identify award nominations, speaking engagements, and branding opportunities.

Digital Marketing

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

* Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.

* Manage SEO, SEM, website optimization, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.

* Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.

Social Media & Content

* Plan and manage content calendars across all social media platforms.

* Coordinate the creation of high-quality graphics, videos, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.

* Increase brand awareness, engagement, and online community growth.

* Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Brand & Corporate Communications

* Build and strengthen the organization's and leadership's personal brand.

* Develop branding campaigns for events, CSR initiatives, webinars, conferences, and training programs.

* Manage strategic collaborations with influencers, partners, educational institutions, and industry bodies.

Analytics & Reporting

* Measure KPIs such as media coverage, website traffic, social media growth, lead generation, campaign ROI, and brand engagement.

* Present regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
