Job Description – ERP & MIS CoordinatorPosition Overview

FOGS Consultants is hiring an ERP & MIS Coordinator on behalf of one of our esteemed clients based in Kochi, Kerala. The selected candidate will support and manage the organization's ERPNext platform, business reporting systems, and process digitization initiatives.

The role will act as a bridge between business users, management, and ERP implementation partners to ensure efficient ERP utilization, process automation, data accuracy, and continuous business improvement.

The ideal candidate should possess functional knowledge of ERPNext, strong analytical skills, reporting expertise, and the ability to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements. Exposure to ERP customization, workflow management, and low-code development within ERPNext will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesERP Administration

Manage day-to-day ERPNext operations.
Create and maintain user accounts and role-based permissions.
Configure and manage workflows and approval hierarchies.
Monitor ERP data quality and process compliance.
Provide functional support to ERP users across departments.
Coordinate issue resolution and troubleshoot ERP-related concerns.
Ensure smooth functioning of ERP modules and integrations.

MIS & Reporting

Create and maintain management dashboards and business reports.
Develop department-wise MIS reports and performance trackers.
Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
Analyze ERP data and provide actionable business insights.
Automate recurring reports wherever feasible.
Support management review meetings with accurate data and analytics.

Business Process Coordination

Understand existing business workflows and operational processes.
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
Gather business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and process documentation.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure successful implementation of approved process enhancements.

ERP Development Support

Perform basic ERPNext configurations and customizations.
Create and maintain custom fields, reports, print formats, and workflows.
Configure notifications, approvals, and automation rules.
Assist in low-code customizations and script-based enhancements.
Support testing and deployment of ERP improvements.

Vendor Coordination

Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP implementation partners.
Coordinate enhancement requests and issue resolution activities.
Monitor development timelines and project deliverables.
Validate vendor deliverables before production deployment.
Maintain enhancement trackers and change management logs.

User Support & Training

Conduct ERP user training and awareness sessions.
Develop user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
Support ERP adoption initiatives across departments.
Assist in onboarding and training new ERP users.
Address user queries and operational challenges.

Documentation

Maintain ERP configuration documentation.
Maintain process and workflow documentation.
Maintain issue logs and enhancement trackers.
Maintain change request registers.
Document approval structures and business workflows.

Experience in ERP support, MIS reporting, or business process coordination.
Exposure to project-based businesses, manufacturing, EPC, renewable energy, or service organizations is preferred.
