Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Showroom/Retail Manager to drive sales, store profitability, customer satisfaction, team performance, and retail expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Drive store profitability and growth.

· Increase footfall conversion and average bill value.

· Plan and execute local sales promotion activities.

· Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions.

2. Store Operations

· Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

· Maintain store hygiene, ambience, and brand standards.

· Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.

· Handle billing, cash management, and banking activities.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

3. Customer Service

· Deliver excellent customer experience at all times.

· Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.

· Build strong customer relationships and repeat business.

· Maintain customer database for follow-up and loyalty activities.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

· Ensure proper stock availability and replenishment.

· Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.

· Reduce stock loss and pilferage.

· Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy.

· Coordinate with warehouse and merchandising teams.

5. Team Management

· Supervise and motivate the showroom staff.

· Allocate duties and monitor employee performance.

· Conduct daily briefings and training sessions.

· Ensure grooming and discipline standards among staff.

· Support recruitment and on boarding activities.

6. Visual Merchandising

· Ensure proper product display as per VM guidelines.

· Maintain attractive window displays and in-store presentation.

· Coordinate with marketing team for branding activities.

7. New Store Development & Expansion

· Identify potential franchise partners for new EBO expansion.

· Identify suitable properties in prime business locations.

· Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis for new store opportunities.

· Coordinate with management for location finalization and store setup.

· Support franchisee on boarding and pre-opening activities.

· Ensure new stores are opened as per company standards and timelines.

8. Reporting & MIS

· Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

· Analyse store KPIs and prepare action plans.

· Monitor expenses and operational efficiency.
