Job Description – Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive
Experience: Minimum 1.5 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Employment Type: Full-Time (Day Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and outstanding reports.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Manage GST-related accounting and documentation.
Assist with TDS, GST returns, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams when required.
Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
Graduate degree in B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
