We are looking for a highly creative individual who can leverage AI tools to create high-converting creatives, videos, ad copies and social media content.

This is not a traditional graphic design role.

We are looking for someone who understands marketing psychology, storytelling, social media and AI-powered content creation.

Role Overview

The AI Creative, Video & Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing marketing content across Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other digital channels.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

· Generate creative concepts

· Write compelling ad copies

· Create static ad creatives

· Create short-form videos

· Manage social media pages

· Use AI tools extensively

· Bring new campaign ideas proactively

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Ideation

· Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns

· Create multiple campaign angles and messaging variations

· Suggest new themes, hooks and offers

· Research competitor ads and identify winning trends

· Proactively bring fresh marketing ideas

Ad Creative Generation

Create:

· Meta Ad Creatives

· Instagram Creatives

· WhatsApp Creatives

· Landing Page Visuals

· Promotional Banners

Focus Areas:

· Visual hierarchy

· Scroll-stopping design

· High CTR concepts

· Clean and uncluttered layouts

AI Image Generation

Use tools such as:

· Midjourney

· Krea AI

· Ideogram

· Recraft

· ChatGPT

· Canva AI

Generate:

· Realistic lifestyle imagery

· Parent-child learning scenarios

· Online learning visuals

· Education-focused creatives

Video Creation & Editing

Use tools such as:

· HeyGen

· Runway

· Captions AI

· Veo

· Arcads

· Synthesia

· CapCut

Create:

· Founder videos

· AI avatar videos

· UGC style videos

· Reels

· Shorts

· Meta ad videos

Responsibilities include:

· Script interpretation

· Video editing

· Subtitles

· Motion graphics

· Hook creation

· CTA optimization

Ad Copywriting

Write:

· Headlines

· Primary Text

· WhatsApp Messages

· Landing Page Sections

· Captions

Ability to create multiple angles for the same offer.

Social Media Management

Manage:

· Facebook

· Instagram

· LinkedIn

Responsibilities:

· Content calendar creation

· Post scheduling

· Caption writing

· Community management

· Engagement tracking

· Monthly content planning

Required Skills
