Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Canadian Shift)
Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month (Based on experience & performance)

Job Overview

Black Rock Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience managing multiple Facebook and Instagram advertising accounts. This role is ideal for professionals who specialize in lead generation, conversion optimization, and paid social performance marketing and are comfortable managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and optimize 20+ Meta Ads accounts simultaneously, ensuring consistent performance, budget efficiency, and timely strategic optimizations.
Plan, launch, and scale high-performing Facebook and Instagram campaigns aligned with lead generation and revenue goals.
Structure campaigns across audiences, creatives, placements, budgets, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Execute structured A/B testing across creatives, ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics including CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and CAC, taking data-driven optimization decisions.
Identify and scale winning campaigns while proactively optimizing underperforming ads.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, conversion events, and Conversion API setups to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
Ensure strict compliance with Meta advertising policies and brand guidelines across all accounts.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting insights, learnings, and scaling opportunities.
Stay updated with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and paid social best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaign management experience
Strong expertise in audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based campaign structures
Proven experience optimizing campaigns for leads, conversions, and sales performance
Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversion API
Agency experience with multi-account campaign management preferred
Strong analytical, reporting, and performance optimization skills
Excellent English communication skills

Mandatory Company Requirements

Comfortable working in 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST shift
Comfortable using Time Doctor monitoring software and camera surveillance during working hours
Must be willing to sign a minimum 2-year employment agreement
Must have international client work exposure Speaking
Own PC/Laptop with stable high-speed internet
