Designation: Performance Marketer

Reporting to: Director

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM

ABOUT TRIVIAL CHAPTER

Trivial Chapter is a well-established organization working with global entrepreneurs across industries like business setup, immigration, and education, with a strong presence in Europe. In India, we have offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Trivandrum, Kochi, and Vishakhapatnam, along with our North India office in Gurgaon. Globally, we operate in Portugal, Greece, and Spain, and continue to expand our digital and international footprint.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can also manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, and social media strategy to drive leads, engagement, and brand awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
Drive lead generation campaigns and optimize performance to achieve business targets
Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rate
Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing
Set up and track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools
Manage campaign budgets and recommend optimization strategies to maximize ROI
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Work closely with sales and internal teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness

Social Media Management

Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Coordinate with the content, design, and video teams to ensure timely publishing of posts, reels, and marketing content
Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication across platforms
Suggest content ideas and campaign opportunities based on platform trends and audience insights

REQUIRED SKILLS

Experience in Performance Marketing and lead generation campaigns
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting tools
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
Understanding of social media platform management and audience engagement
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

3 - 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
Experience working with lead generation and conversion-focused marketing strategies
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI (ROAS, CPL, CPC)
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
Track conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
