Digital Marketing Manager

Experience: 3–10 years of relevant Digital Marketing experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing activities across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, eCommerce Marketing, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Lead Generation, GA4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing advertising budgets, analyzing campaign performance, improving ROI, increasing website traffic and conversions, and supporting overall business growth.

The ideal candidate should be both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to independently plan, execute, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
Create weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Analyze traffic, conversions, revenue, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, and campaign profitability.
Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Present campaign performance and recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities:-

Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Set marketing KPIs, targets, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
Identify new digital marketing opportunities and emerging trends.
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue.

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns as applicable.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
Monitor CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, CAC, and overall campaign profitability.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, keywords, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.

eCommerce Marketing

Develop digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and eCommerce revenue.
Manage marketing campaigns for the company's website and online sales channels.
Coordinate with eCommerce and catalogue teams to improve product visibility and conversions.
Develop strategies for product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and remarketing.
Analyze customer journeys, conversion funnels, abandoned carts, and website performance.
Work closely with marketplace teams for Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace advertising.

SEO & Website Growth

Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize website content, product pages, landing pages, metadata, and internal linking.
Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, and SEO performance.
Work with the website/development team to implement technical SEO improvements.
Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and search visibility.

Social Media Marketing

Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign themes.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators.
Monitor engagement, reach, followers, traffic, and conversions.
Develop campaigns to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and platform updates.

Content & Brand Marketing

Develop content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Coordinate with content writers, designers, and creative teams.
Plan promotional creatives, product campaigns, videos, blogs, landing pages, and social media content.
Ensure consistent brand communication across digital channels.

Team Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams including eCommerce, creative, content, sales, and technology.
Manage and assign marketing activities to team members when required.
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, influencers, and marketing partners.
Ensure campaigns and marketing activities are delivered within deadlines.
Maintain clear documentation of campaigns, budgets, results, and marketing plans.

Requirements

3–10 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience is mandatory.
Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of Performance Marketing and campaign optimization.
Experience managing digital marketing budgets and achieving measurable ROI.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and eCommerce Marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate, and ACoS.
Experience in website traffic and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing performance.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
