Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and outbound sales activities.
Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, business directories, social media platforms, and industry events.
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market reach and customer acquisition.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Identify prospective clients and understand their business needs.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential customers.
Explore untapped markets and develop new business opportunities.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
Prepare customized business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Present company products and services professionally to clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
Close sales opportunities while maintaining profitability.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
Maximize revenue opportunities through strategic sales planning.

3. Client Relationship Management

Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Ensure excellent customer experience from lead generation to project completion.
Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain customer engagement.
Build trust and credibility with clients through transparent communication.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Monitor industry trends, customer demands, and market developments.
Analyze competitor products, pricing, and business strategies.
Identify emerging market opportunities and customer segments.
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to management.
Recommend improvements to products, services, and sales strategies.

5. Proposal Development & Documentation

Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and business documents.
Develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities.
Update CRM software regularly with customer information and sales progress.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and contracts.

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams

Coordinate with the technical team to understand project feasibility.
Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Support customer success teams during project implementation.
Participate in internal meetings, product training, and business planning sessions.
