Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Administration Executive to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, maintaining records, and ensuring the office environment is well managed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, service providers, and maintenance teams.
Handle office supplies, stationery, pantry requirements, and other administrative needs.
Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
Assist in processing vendor bills and coordinating payment-related documentation.
Assist HR in recruitment process.
Monitor office facilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and other support services.
Coordinate with building management and external agencies whenever required.
Maintain inventory records of office assets, equipment, stationery, and other supplies.
Support employee requirements related to office facilities and administration.
Assist with travel arrangements, transportation, accommodation, and other logistics when required.
Support the planning and coordination of company events/Celebrations.
Prepare reports, trackers, and other administrative documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
In charge of closing and securing the office premises at the end of the day.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Freshers with Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work from 12 pm to 9 pm shift.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to coordinate effectively with employees, vendors, and service providers.
Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Terms of Employment

Agreement Period: 1 Year from the date of joining (including probation).
Probation Period: 6 Months
Working days will be 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Performance Review: Regular assessments during probation for confirmation and future growth planning.
Salary – 25000 CTC, Net in hand around 18500. Performance variable pay 2500/month (will be released yearly based on performance). Revisions after 1 year.
