Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

With a strong commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous innovation, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to provide administrative and strategic support to senior leadership.

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and highly organized Admin Executive who can efficiently manage executive schedules, business communications, meetings, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the professionalism to handle confidential business matters while supporting the Director in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Director's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, business visits, conferences, and client interactions.
Prepare meeting agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and follow up on action points.
Handle official emails, business correspondence, and communication on behalf of the Director.
Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
Maintain confidential records, agreements, contracts, and important company documents.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of management directives.
Act as a communication bridge between the Director, employees, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Assist in project tracking, business planning, and operational coordination.
Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, itineraries, and related logistics.
Support office administration, event planning, and executive-level coordination activities.
Ensure smooth information flow across departments and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach toward responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or Administrative Executive.
Experience supporting Directors or senior management is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of office administration, documentation, and professional business correspondence.
Experience in the manufacturing, trading, or steel industry will be an added advantage.
