Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence across multiple brands. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, AI, startups, SaaS, and digital marketing, with the ability to create engaging content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and generates qualified business leads.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy

Develop and execute social media strategies for all company brands.
Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and business goals.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Content Creation

Create engaging content including:

Graphics and carousels
Short-form videos and reels
Founder and leadership content
Educational and thought leadership posts
Case studies and client success stories
Product feature highlights
AI and technology trends
Company culture and hiring posts

Brand Management

Manage and grow the social presence of:

Weboconnect
Staffinc
ProtoBuild
Qoach
Selected client brands and digital campaigns

Platform Management

Manage content across:

LinkedIn
Facebook
Instagram
X (Twitter)
YouTube
Threads

Video & Creative Content

Plan, record, edit, and publish short-form videos.
Create product demos and feature walkthroughs.
Develop founder branding content for LinkedIn.
Produce promotional videos for products and client campaigns.

Community Engagement

Respond to comments and direct messages.
Engage with founders, CTOs, HR leaders, healthcare organizations, startups, investors, and business owners.
Build and nurture online communities around our brands.

Lead Generation

Support marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads through:

Organic social media
LinkedIn marketing
Founder branding
Client success stories
Product launches
Webinar promotions
Case studies
Industry insights

Analytics & Reporting

Track and report on:

Reach and impressions
Engagement rate
Follower growth
Website traffic
Lead generation
Campaign performance
ROI

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
Experience working with IT companies, SaaS businesses, startups, or digital agencies.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other video editing software.
LinkedIn Marketing expertise.
Meta Business Suite.
Social media scheduling tools.
Google Analytics.
Basic SEO knowledge.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for content creation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing one or more of the following:

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Publish 30–40 high-quality posts per month across all brands.
Create 16–20 reels or short-form videos monthly.
Achieve consistent month-over-month follower and engagement growth.
Generate qualified inbound B2B leads.
Improve website traffic through social media.
Successfully launch and promote new products and client campaigns.
Deliver accurate weekly and monthly analytics reports.
