Full job description

As the Facilities and Admin Lead at the Gurugram office location, your role is crucial in maintaining the reputation and morale of the company. Your responsibilities include efficient planning, coordination, customer service, and communication skills to ensure a well-functioning work environment. From day-to-day activities to long-term planning considerations, you will be involved in various aspects such as celebration preparation, maintenance, organization of vendors, office layout refurbishment, and ergonomics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for evaluating and managing facilities escalations
- Maintain Confluence with up-to-date facilities Budget, policies, procedures, and playbook
- Collaborate with different teams to deliver integrated facility management services
- Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure functional, comfortable, compliant, energy-efficient, and attractive facilities
- Handle procurement of office supplies, furniture, equipment, and HR-related items
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings
- Oversee office space planning, allocation, and utilization
- Coordinate office moves, expansions, and reconfigurations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage office inventory and issue access cards and ID cards for employees
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees including transportation, accommodation, food, and other logistics
- Collaborate with HR Business Partner to plan and organize company events
- Manage logistics of events including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and other arrangements

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of administrative management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
