Front Office Executive

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to resort operations, reservations, OTA management, guest relations, and hospitality technology.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Operations

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest enquiries.
Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.
Provide information about resort facilities, local attractions, and guest services.

Guest Relations

Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the guest stay.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
Build positive guest relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Collect guest feedback and assist in maintaining excellent online reviews.

Reservation & System Management

Assist in operating the Property Management System (PMS).
Support Channel Manager and OTA reservation management.
Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles.
Ensure proper coordination with online booking platforms.

Coordination with Departments

Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
Coordinate with the Restaurant and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments.

Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain front office registers and reports.
Assist in preparing occupancy and arrival/departure reports.
Ensure proper documentation of guest records in accordance with statutory requirements.

Operational Support

Assist the General Manager and Management with day-to-day operational activities.
Support resort events, guest activities, and special occasions.
Be willing to assist other departments whenever required in the interest of guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
Freshers with hospitality training are welcome to apply.
1–3 years of Front Office or Guest Relations experience will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi or Tamil will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with MS Office is essential.
Knowledge of PMS or Channel Manager software is desirable (training will be provided if required).
Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and positive attitude.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
