Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resource initiatives, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Retention, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.

The ideal candidate will be a people-focused HR professional with the ability to build strong teams, attract and retain top talent, develop employee capabilities, and partner with business leaders to create a high-performance workplace culture.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future organizational requirements.
Strengthen employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.

Employee Engagement & Retention

Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.
Monitor employee satisfaction levels and recommend initiatives to improve workplace culture.
Conduct employee feedback discussions, stay interviews, and exit interviews.
Implement employee recognition and reward programs.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.

Performance Management & Employee Development

Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, KPI tracking, and performance reviews.
Act as a performance coach for managers and employees to improve productivity and effectiveness.
Identify employee development needs and coordinate training and learning initiatives.
Support leadership development and succession planning activities.
Encourage continuous learning and career growth opportunities.

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics related to recruitment, retention, and employee performance.
Support organizational development initiatives and change management programs.
Develop and improve HR processes to enhance employee experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management with strong expertise in recruitment and talent management.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Strong understanding of performance management systems and employee development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and department leaders.
Strong problem-solving ability with a people-oriented approach.
