About DTC Projects Pvt. Ltd.

DTC Projects Pvt. Ltd. is part of the DTC Group, a 40-year-old diversified business conglomerate based in Kolkata with interests in real estate development, mining, construction chemicals, and interior design. We are currently developing over 7 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial projects across Kolkata. Our Head Office is located at Hare Street, Kolkata (Dalhousie / BBD Bagh area).

About the Role

We have two openings for Executive Assistants supporting our Directors at our corporate Head Office. These are high-trust, high-visibility roles where you will work directly with senior leadership on a daily basis. If you are organised, discreet, and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment, this role is worth your attention.

Opening 1 - Executive Assistant to Director

Ideal for candidates with 4 to 8 years of dedicated EA or PA experience supporting a Director or CXO.

Requirements:

4 to 8 years of experience as EA or PA directly reporting to a Director or CXO
Graduate in any discipline
Strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Opening 2 - Senior Executive Assistant to Director

Ideal for candidates with 6 to 12 years of dedicated EA or PA experience supporting a Director or CXO.

Requirements:

- 6 to 12 years of experience as EA or PA directly reporting to a Director or CXO
- Graduate in any discipline
- Advanced MS Office, MIS reporting, and professional drafting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Key Responsibilities (Both Openings)

Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
Coordinate internal and external meetings - agendas, logistics, and follow-ups
Draft professional correspondence, emails, and internal communications on behalf of the Director
Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings
Handle domestic and international travel coordination and logistics
Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Track delegated tasks and ensure timely completion across departments
Handle all confidential matters with complete discretion

What We Are Looking For:

Kolkata-based candidates strongly preferred
Prior experience in real estate, corporate business houses, or professional services is an advantage
Ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
High degree of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Someone who takes ownership and does not need to be micromanaged
